What is synthetic rubber ? Since synthetic rubber is produced through the process of vulcanization (heating rubber with sulfur), the rubber produced is called vulcanized rubber. There are other synthetic rubbers made from other compounds.To produce rubber, they first make a slit in the trunk of the rubber tree, then collect the white leachate that comes out of it in small cups. At the collection point, the leachates are protected after rinsing with ammonia solution. The leachate obtained from the rubber tree is removed over time, through the coagulation process and by the addition of acids or salts. During this process, the rubber separates from the liquid in the form of a white paste, and then it is rolled and dried using a roller, and finally, these sheets are exported to different countries.
