Oil

High Quality Base Oil and RPO

Rubber Process Oil are rich aromatic by products from solvent extracting process to modify physical properties of the vulcanization and to reduce the cost of the finished product.  Rubber process oils can be broadly classified into three basic groups depending on the physical arrangement of the carbon atoms namely, parafinics, napthenics and aromatics. All petroleum oils are mixtures of various hydrocarbon groups and their classification is arbitrary and is based on the predominance of a particular hydrocarbon group.

Features & Uses:

• Tire and Rubber Industry
• Lubricant in Rubber Processing
• Manufacturing of White Oil
• Component in Ink Production
• Manufacturing of Incense Sticks
• Shoe soles and heels production

The base oil is produced using crude oil refining. This means that the crude oil is heated in order to heat the possibility of different distillations from each other. During the heating process, light and heavy hydrocarbons are separated – lighter ones can be refined to make gasoline and other fuels, while heavier ones are suitable for bitumen and base oils.

Styrenated Phenol

SPH-L is a non-staining, non-discoloring, cost effective general purpose antioxidant for dry rubber & latex compounds. Having excellent color stability, it finds wide application in white & light colored latex and rubber applications such as flooring, sports goods, shoe soles, general mechanical goods, carpet backing etc. It is used as a stabilizer for Rubber and Plastics Adhesives, Oils and Plasticizers & Lubricant in synergy with other antioxidants is extensively used as a stabilizer in production of synthetic elastomers such as Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and Polybutadiene rubber (PBR).
